Marketcraft Digital LLC is a print and sign shop. This page sets out what we do with the information and the files customers send us to get something printed.

What we receive

From the order form: name, phone, email, what you are printing, quantity, artwork status, deadline and any notes. Over the counter or on the phone, the same details go onto a job ticket.

If you send artwork, we receive the file itself and whatever metadata it carries. Server logs from our host record IP address, browser type, page and timestamp for security purposes. There are no advertising or profiling trackers on this site.

Why we hold it

To quote the job, prepare the file for press, run the job, and reach you when something needs a decision — a short bleed, a low-resolution logo, a colour that will not reproduce in CMYK the way it looks on your screen. Those calls are a normal part of printing and they require your contact details.

Your artwork

Files you send remain yours. We use them to produce your order and nothing else. We do not put customer artwork in samples, portfolios or social posts without asking you first, and we do not license or resell it. Print-ready files are kept on the shop server so reorders do not require you to resend anything; ask us and we will delete yours.

Who else sees it

Shop staff working your job. For items we outsource — certain large substrates and specialty finishes — the production file and quantity go to that trade partner under the job number, without your contact details attached. We do not sell customer lists.

How long

Quotes that do not become orders are cleared after 12 months. Completed job records and invoices are kept seven years for tax purposes. Artwork files are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Your choices

Write to orders@cragato.shop or call (305) 555-0119 to see what we hold, correct it, or have your artwork and contact record deleted. Requests are handled within ten business days, apart from invoice records we are required to retain.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Order email arrives in a mailbox with two-factor authentication. Job tickets and proofs stay in the shop at 7815 NW 15th St.

Children

Orders are placed by businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

Any revision is reflected in the date at the top of this page.
